While I was cleaning out my junk mail box and searching through things to look for an email I should have gotten but haven't, I noticed something. The future's spamming us. They must have so much spam there they need to toss it back through time to get rid of it. And from the date I guess the half-life of spam is less than 30 years, since that's how far they're coming from.

Kind of comforting to know the net will be around then. Not so much comforting to know spam still will be too.

Does anybody know if the name-generators they use for spam are available anywhere? I get email from the most interestingly named people some times, a program like that could come in handy.

There is a good bit of irony in getting junk mail from environmental groups.
