This makes several times I can think of when they've been wrong on the facts. I gave up on them during the election, frankly.

So do we have our next "Spinsanity"? remember reading them in the Inky during the election "Democrats kinda fudge one little thing, OMG!" vs "Republicans couldn't have known that pulling the trigger would make the gun go off so its not really their fault, let's give them some candy and stay up late tonight"
