A request for help

I don't know if anybody other than letiwolf who reads this knows anything about In Nomine, but I'm gonna need to work on statting out an NPC for an article for (hopefully) Pyramid, and I'm probably going to need help doing it, plus advice on how to make it balanced and not suck. So, if anybody can help, please lemme know.

Well, I've played in two IN campaigns now, and have the book sitting over next to my bed, so I might be able to help a bit. *Shrugs*
