What I've accomplished today

forsythWell, yesterday, not much of anything.
Today, I went to work, where we didn't accomplish too much, but hey, that's what work's for. At least for the meaning of "accomplish" I'm using here, which maybe I'll expand, so I actually feel like I accomplished something sometimes. Anyway.
I didn't write any story type stuff, though I did write up an RP post that I'm fairly proud of, and was fairly long. And I've been reading a bunch of political blogs, which leave me alternately hopeful, outraged, and paranoid over what's gonna be tried next. Oy. I'm about halfway through Code and Other Laws of Cyberspace, and it's not exactly an optimistic book either, in some ways. Okay lots of ways, especially since I have still have a good bit of Old Internet feeling and hope bouncing in my head, "gonna change everything" and so on type stuff. And I'm less scared of government than of corporations related to the net, though both are pretty evil, at least sometimes, so I dunno.
Other than that, I keep having a hard time keeping enthusiasm for any project, for reasons ranging from personal to the "How's it help make the world better?"
And this is veering off from the point, so. Writingwise, I accomplished an RP post I'm proud of, which is something, at least.
