The book is "X pumps, water to the eyes on the label, milk and foam."
Lots of people get them with no water and extra pumps where I work.
Also, what problem do they have with the phrase "Hot peppermint mocha"? It's just a mocha with peppermint sauce in it. Or are you using the new mint chocolate thing? Either way it's just adding a syrup to a drink.
Admittedly, I am using the terminology from a different chain, but I keep getting confused looks when I ask for a mint mocha, some from when acme had starbucks, and once at the new one by work. They get confused at the cash register and sometimes when making it, just want a mocha with mint flavoring and the ones that get confused keep looking for it in the book/register code for something other then the add flavoring fee
