Agreed. I generally just skip mine and leave half an hour early. Generally a better choice, if you have the option, I've found.

srsly. I used to have a half hour lunch at a warehouse that was about 15 minutes away from the nearest restaurant. That really sucked.

Now I've got a 45 minute lunch, which doesn't seem like a big difference but actually is. Not being out in the middle of nowhere also helps.
