Deepest Sender Annoyances

Why does Deepest Sender seem to want to replace quote signs with the HTML code that makes quotes, and replace <> with HTML to make quotes?  I only use them to make links, silly posting machine.  I WANT them read as HTML.

Anybody know how to change it?

Use the source view instead of "normal" (psudo-WYSIWYG) view?
