forsythI'm considering suggesting to people they buy me some magazine subscriptions as gifts, 'cause there's not a whole lot I want, and it'd make sure I have more sources of information besides just piping the Internet directly to my brain.
The question is, which magazines would be worth getting? The list I'm considering so far is Fortean Times, Adbusters, and New Scientist. What other good magazines are out there with info about all sorts of interesting things?

If you want something that is a little food for the brain, you might try Oxford American. It is a Southern magazine published in Mississippi. NOT a Southern Living variation. Their annual music issue alone is worth the price.
