Why are lots of men apparently intimidated by smart women? I don't get it. Or maybe I'm just confused because pretty much all of the women I've been friends with have been at least as smart as me, if not smarter, in one way or another. Or lots.

Because smart women can outwit you and know they can do better, more often than not. That's why you either pull yourself up to an impossible mental and emotional standard to win them over, or you go for dumber women.
Or you fall completely in love. But I hear that's massively overrated.

I am intimidated by all women. Since smart women are a subset of all women, I am therefore intimidated by smart women.
