Writing and Names
Nov. 1st, 2005 07:56 pmWell, for the moment, I've settled on the Forsyth thing. I probably won't get THAT far into it tonight, just in case I suddenly get seized by inspiration or something, but it's been a long time since I wrote anything real for Fors, it feels good. I'll probably post a music playlist at some point, so I can bum ideas off other people too, there's only so many times I can listen to the same songs, no matter how inspiring they are.
However, I suck at making up names. So, while yes, there's name generators aplenty, I'm also willing to accept suggestions for names. Required names will run the gamut of random citizens to gods to heroes to bureaucrats. Which in particular I'll need, I don't know yet. Quite a few gods, eventually. So, we'll see. I may bug people on ICQ/AIM/IRC/etc at various points.
Also, I may try to work in cameos, but it's harder to do that in something that's somewhat set and planned out, like Fors's stuff, as opposed to something entirely random and internet-ey. Which may be a good reason to switch to doing something random and internet-ey. I guess we'll see.
