This kinda took a turn in tone
Feb. 24th, 2006 01:51 amThe ancient temple of Montage had withstood every attempt to plumb its secrets. But now only one final puzzle stood between the Professor and the untold secrets of the Ancients. An enormous (cyclopean, even) stone door, covered with a pattern of four matching symbols. Identical symbols were carved into large buttons on the floor, in the shape of a plus symbol.
"These must be the lock," the Professor said, "The Ancients were devilishly clever."
"It's DDR," his nephew said.
"What?"
"The last door was minesweeper. The level before that was Donkey Kong."
"Interesting. All those games must be coded clues."
