Stu wandered off with a few spins and flourishes, to go back to doing whatever he did during the day. He hadn't seen anything. But somebody else might have, there's a number like Stu. Citizens whose ideas aren't quite dead, but they're not even on the farm teams. If they died, most of their Idea wouldn't have enough energy left to promote a new Citizen. Which makes them some of the most paranoid people in the city. If I could weed out the reasonable paranoia from the nutjobbery, I might find some clues.

Not gonna be easy in this City.
