Where to live
I've been considering moving, for months now. I really do need to get out of here. Somewhere city-like, where things don't shut down at 6. And there's more people, and things to do.
And because of that, I ganked this link from
glitchphil, it's a city selector, like a couple others I've seen. So anyways, here's my results, which mostly match what I expected. And I know people who live in a fair number of the places, too. (The link wants registration, but will still give you results if you lie)
1) Providence, Rhode Island
2) Baltimore, Maryland
3) New Haven, Connecticut
4) Boston, Massachusetts
5) Worcester, Massachusetts
6) Hartford, Connecticut
7) Milwaukee, Wisconsin
8) Portland, Oregon
9) Chicago, Illinois
10) Eugene, Oregon
11) Danbury, Connecticut
12) Cambridge, Massachusetts
13) Corvallis, Oregon
14) Stamford-Norwalk, Connecticut
15) Gaithersburg, Maryland
16) Charleston, West Virginia (??)
17) Champaign-Urbana, Illinois
18) Salem, Oregon
19) Cape Cod, Massachusetts
20) Oak Park, Illinois
21) Frederick, Maryland
22) Washington, District of Columbia
23) Madison, Wisconsin
24) Sheboygan, Wisconsin (Sheboygan!)
I'm surprised San Francisco's not on the list, it's probably because I said I like snow, and rain. So where's Seattle, though? Or New York City?

...Though it DOES have great seafood, oddly enough...
