I actually finished the letter about the bankruptcy bill, signed, sealed, now to drop them off tomorrow.

Yeah, it's not anything huge, and it's probably not going to have any effect, but it's actually doing something. Publicly, not just writing nastygrams to congresscritters who won't even notice, or giving money to something. It's a start, step one to fight back fear of actually DOING anything, y'know?

I think this calls for making a new politics LJ icon. Probably involving the Statue of Liberty.

Either that or goofing off with Magic.
