I hate to be a bother...
But, just so the rest of the world doesn't forget, we didn't invade Iraq to "bring democracy to the Iraqis." We invaded Iraq because George W. Bush, Ms. Rice, Colin Powell, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, and most of the "liberal media" kept telling us things like Iraq had nuclear missiles pointed at New York that could be launched in 45 minutes.
Which was, to be completely frank, utter bullshit. They were lies. Direct lies, to the American Public and the world. For proof? We gave up searching for those elusive WMD about a month ago. But hey, it's all perfectly justified by one election, right? (Which, incidentally, just created a group to write the constitution to create the real government in 13 months, and we don't even know the results officaly yet)
