Elitist? Who you? Whatever! It did have the crawling urban sprawl feel of it. Its like DC got really drunk one night and just puked all over the place randomly. Mall here, McMansion here, etc.
The *new* of it is exciting, but the end result is that the grime will eventually take it over and it too will be left abandoned to some new glittery place. I hope that old farmer and his family NEVER sell out. Just to be different.
