Now this is cool. I stole the link from Warren Ellis's LJ, over at superflow and he goes into more detail here.

But, allow me to summarize. it's a drag and drop program that lets you take audio or video files or whatever, pick a Creative Commons license, and it'll add the appropriate metadata, then upload it to The Internet Archive, who'll host it, free. Now that is, frankly, pretty damn spiffy, and a really awesome idea. If only I had some talent with music or art. Heh.
