Tax Bureaucrats

forsythI just had a nice, helpful, civil conversation with a lady at the state tax bureau about some money they think I owe them that I don't. Everything was simple and easy enough to deal with and she was helpful and courteous. It's amazing how when you treat them civilly, people generally do their jobs competently.
