A Simple Sentence

forsythAdvice, from Slacktivist for all the Democrats running for President, when asked what they think about any other candidate...
These are easy questions to answer in 2007, because in 2007 the current president is George W. Bush. And that's all you need to say.
"I'm sure that [Clinton/Obama/Edwards/Gore/Richardson/Biden/Dodd/Kucinich/Vilsack/Other] would be a better president than the one we have now."
And:
"Certainly, [Clinton/Obama/Edwards/Gore/Richardson/Biden/Dodd/Kucinich/Vilsack/Other] is more qualified than George W. Bush was when he took office."
That's all it takes.
Also, advice to all the Democrats, you'd better have a plan for when Bush tries to start a war in Iran. Because he's going to. And playing "serious" and going along got us into the disaster that is Iraq. Iran would be at least an order of magnitude worse.

Date: 2007-02-02 04:56 pm (UTC)I don't think Bush will start a war in Iran. I think he might try, but if it goes anywhere, it -will- get him kicked out of office. Mostly because it will break our military, and is such a stupid move at this point. When your approval rating is so low for one war, the last thing you want to do is go and start another.
