Foiled Again
I really need to plan my costumes out sooner for Halloween. That or I should have just asked some of my female friends to see if they had any more expertise on the subject. I just got back from looking for hair dye, silly me I was looking for something that said "This will dye your hair this color for this long."
Um yeah, no. Not even close. And silly me, I figured if I went to a general store like Target or Safeway, they'd have stuff in their Halloween section. Again no. There's aisles full of mysterious boxes with head shots of women and their hair on them, and mysterious writing, but nothing I knew how to translate. Nd no one at any of the stores could be any help, of course. And the couple hair/beauty shops I tried didn't have anything. I shoulda just gone the other way to the Halloween/costume store, but their clerks probably wouldn't be much more help. Plus the matter of time. Oh well, my hair's not that far off, just a bit lighter. Hopefully, it'll be close enough. Though showing up in just an ugly colorful shirt and jeans isn't that far from how I normally dress for work. Heh.
