forsyth | Nano and stuff

Well, yesterday was halfway for Nano. Making quota being 25000 then, 26666 today. Right now I'm at 23185, which is still behind, so I need to be writing, but I felt like babbling first. And also noting to myself that I'm definitely going to have to rewrite chapters six and seven almost completely, I think I got off on a bad tangent and I need to undo it. Besides which, I'm halfway through the bloody story, which is supposed to be about jaunting around through space on a quest to find things, AND THEY'RE STILL ON THE FIRST PLANET. They haven't even left yet. Sheesh. Things just keep happening, so I'm gonna try and actually get them to the spaceship at least by word 25000. Which I can do tonight. I hope.
