I totally have to learn not to turn the computer on in the morning on days off, because there's always a billion just barely interesting things that will keep me distracted and I won't get any exercise or other things done, not even writing. Stupid Internets.

I hear you. You're not alone in that. I've found breaking these patterns of behaviour more successful when combined with a more comprehensive overhaul of your daily routine. In other words, rather than fighting the temptation to turn your computer on each morning, set the situation up to your advantage by, for instance, sleeping in another room ot waking up at a different hour. The compulsive computer usage may be only a symptom of an all-encompassing disfunction in your daily scheme.

I have no daily scheme. That's part of the problem. That and nothing to do. I REALLY need to move. The problem is the Internet has a number of things that are just interesting enough to be distracting, but not really rewarding or interesting, so hours can easily get whiled away with no real payoff or joy.

And I'm lazy.
