Daily Drabble
Dec. 22nd, 2005 01:40 pmArchie had never heard music that forced him to get up and dance. This struck him as massively unfair. Other people could dance to anything, but him? Nothing. He'd tried listening to all sorts of music, at all sorts of clubs, bars, and retro dance halls. None of it reached into his ears and grabbed his brain by its frontal lobes.
Then one day, his stoner friend (who wasn't wise or insightful, just too baked to wander off when Archie was bitching) told him the secret. "Dude. It's not the music, it's you. The music's a catalyst."
He got it.
