"Thanks Steve. Over the past few months, supervillain housing prices in the city have skyrocketed. I talked to economists, who said a lot of things I didn't understand, so must not be important. But there are many more supervillains now, they have started to live four or more to a secret lair. Some have been reduced to constructing their legions of doom in condos, or suburban timeshares. The mayor has promised action."
(I have not and am not going to play City of Heroes or Villains. This is completely unrelated to anything, living or dead.)
